Clay County Missouri is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Transitions Case Manager for the Transitions Family Visitation Center. The Transitions Case Manager is responsible for providing case management and program coordination for the Transitions Family Visitation Center. Some additional administrative assistance will occasionally be needed for the Clay County Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Program. Duties will include corordination of visitation schedules with the parents, volunteers, and Sheriff’s Deputies, maintaining program documentation for attorneys and the Court, and prepariing CASA paperwork for the Clay County Family Court.
We are looking for a candidate who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team with the ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing program support. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, and organized.
A background that includes a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major course in social work, criminal justice, human development, or family science; excellent communication skills; and previous case management and/or program coordination experience will be considered qualifying for this position.
The current annual salary is $40,287 - $43,348.. Clay County offers a great benefit package to regular full and part-time employees including defined benefit retirement plan fully funded by the County.
