The Clay County Park Office is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Park Maintenance at Smithville Lake. This Park Maintenance position will work with the construction crew and is responsible for performing general construction, maintenance and grounds keeping of County owned facilities and systems.
Starting Salary:
$15.50/hourly, plus Benefits - Clay County offers a great benefit package to regular full and part-time employees including two defined benefit retirement plans fully funded by the County and a deferred-compensation plan with a match on the first 6% contributed. We also offer three medical plans including two high deductible plans, dental, vision, two flexible spending accounts, and supplemental plans. Full-time employees are also offered life insurance (2X annual salary) paid by the County, paid vacation/sick leave, 14 paid holidays, LTD and tuition reimbursement.
