Public Improvement Plans

Related to all subdivision requests (Rezonings and/or Preliminary and Final Plats), all public improvements shall meet the technical design standards and specifications addressed in the Clay County Highway Department’s Technical Specifications and Design Criteria Manual.

Compliance with the standards of the Technical Specifications and Design Criteria Manual shall be required on all publicly dedicated rights-of-way (ROW).
