Important notice for returning customers: If you are unable to create an account, one might already be existing for you. Please check the appropriate option in the reservation support form (see below) and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Online Support Form
If you are experiencing issues with your online reservation, or have questions or concerns regarding your online reservation, please let us know by filling out our support form. We will contact you during our regular office hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am through 5:00 pm.
Please do not use the form for issues/questions/concerns NOT related to the online reservation system.

Important Notice:
Any non-reserved campsites will continue to be sold on a first-come-first-serve basis for walk-in campers.
Same day walk-in may stay one night during weekdays, weekends or holidays regardless of type of site. Same day walk-in is a first come, first serve basis and valid for the current day. Future, planned reservations follow minimum stay requirements.
Customers who arrive after hours without a reservation are advised to contact Clay County Parks in the morning to minimize the possibility of a conflict with a reservation that may have occurred in the meantime. If scheduling conflicts do occur, reasonable efforts will be made to ensure the best outcome for both parties. If this is not possible for any reason, the customer without a reservation may have to be relocated. In order to avoid this possibility altogether, please use the online reservation system.
