Please Note: Pursuant to Missouri Supreme Court Rule 54.13(b), service of a summons or other process on a public, municipal, governmental or quasi-public corporation or body, shall be made by delivering a copy of the summons and petition to the clerk of the county commission, Sandy Baldwin.
