2011 Clay County Land Development Code (LDC)

The 2011 Clay County Land Development Code (LDC) was adopted on February 27, 2012. The LDC is adopted and enforced to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of residents and visitors to unincorporated Clay County.

All landuse and development application requests must adhere to the regulations within the LDC, including but not limited to Rezonings, Subdivisions, Conditional Use Permits (CUPs), Floodplain Development Permits (FDP), and Land Disturbance Permits (LDP).

The LDC has been prepared and amended to be in accordance with the 2008 Clay County Comprehensive Plan.  It is intended that decisions made pursuant to the LDC will implement and be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan.
