Case No.: September 17-132RZ/P – A request for rezoning from Agricultural (AG) District to Residential Urban Rural Single-Family (RU-80) District with an Agricultural Land Preservation (ALP) Preservation Overlay District (POD) and preliminary plat approval for the proposed subdivision of Stone Haven located at approximately 16711 Plattsburg Road. The applicants are Larry H. and Kari L. Goodroad. This request was continued from the September 12th, 2017 Planning and Zoning Meeting.

Case No.: October 17-142RZ/P – A request for rezoning from Agricultural (AG) District and Residential Low-Density (R-1A) District with a Conservation (CD) District Overlay to Residential Urban Large Lot (RU-25) District and preliminary plat approval for the proposed subdivision of Oakridge located at approximately 12801 NE 136th Street. The applicant is Robert de la Fuente, Star Development Corp.


IMPORTANT NOTE:   Cases on this Agenda which are approved or disapproved by the PZC are scheduled to be forwarded to the County Commission Hearing on November 6th, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. to be held at the Commission Hearing Room, 3rd Floor, County Administration Building, One Courthouse Square, Liberty, Missouri, unless otherwise indicated during the meeting.
