  1.     Case No.: July 17-121P– A request for preliminary plat approval for the proposed subdivision of QOA  Acres located at approximately 10205 NE      120th Street.  The applicant is Marie Ross, representing Haywood A., Collin Harrison and Kelli Christine Walker.
  2. Case No.: July 17-122F– A request for Final Plat approval for the proposed subdivision of QOA  Acres  located at approximately 10205 NE 120th Street. The applicant is Marie Ross, representing Haywood A., Collin Harrison and Kelli Christine Walker
  3. Case No.: July 17-123P– A request for preliminary plat approval for the proposed subdivision of Heaven’s Hideaway located at approximately 12608 A Highway.  The applicant is Chris Jones.
  4. Case No.: July 17-124F– A request for Final Plat approval for the proposed subdivision of Heaven’s Hideaway located at approximately 12608 A Highway.  The applicant is Chris Jones. 
  5. Case No.: July 17-125CUP – A request for approval of a proposed Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to operate a Recreational Equipment & Vehicle Storage, Commercial facility on an Agricultural (AG) District zoned property at approximately the northwest corner of 92 Highway and Francis Road. The applicant is Steve Kerwin, owner of KCI RV Storage, representing Christopher L. and Patricia J. Higgins, and Paul Daniel Spurgeon.
  6. Case No.: July 17-126CUP – A request for approval of a proposed Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to operate an Aviation and Surface Transportation Facility on an Agricultural (AG) District zoned property at approximately 12625 Hills Road. The applicant is Scott Rasa, representing Jeffrey S. Davidson, First Assembly of God Church.  This case has been continued to teh next regularly scheduled Planning & Zoning Commission meeting on August 1st, 2017.

    7. Case No.: July 17-127CUP – A request for approval a proposed Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to erect a Telecommunications Facility, Commercial (wireless communication tower) on an Agricultural (AG) District zoned property located at approximately 11320 Nebo Hills Road. The applicant is Kevin Smith, Tiger Computer Consulting, LLC, representing Ronald and Ellen Smith.  

    8. Case No.: July 17-128RZ/P– A request for rezoning from Agricultural (AG) District to Residential Rural (R-1) District with an Agricultural Land Preservation (ALP) Preservation Overlay District (POD) for ONLY LOT 1 and preliminary plat approval for the proposed subdivision of Coyote Chase located at approximately 18821 Missouri City Road. The applicants are Clayton Gray and Brad Newland, representing Todd Crossley.  

    9.  Case No.: July 17-129F– A request for Final Plat approval for the proposed subdivision of Coyote Chase located at approximately 18821 Missouri City Road. The applicants are Clayton Gray and Brad Newland, representing Todd Crossley.  

     

    IMPORTANT NOTE:   Cases on this Agenda which are approved or disapproved by the PZC are scheduled to be forwarded to the County Commission Hearing on August 7th, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. to be held at the Commission Hearing Room, 3rd Floor, County Administration Building, One Courthouse Square, Liberty, Missouri, unless otherwise indicated during the meeting.
