  1. Case No. 17-108BZA - A request for variances from Section 151-12.7, Permitted Sign Types; Section 151-12.10, Number and Dimensions; and Section 151-12.12, Sign Characteristics (specifically an illuminated sign which includes an LED message board) of the 2011 Clay County Land Development Code, pertaining to the permitted sign type, the maximum sign area and the characteristics allowed of a sign allowed in an Agricultural (AG) District. Such permitted sign type, sign area and sign characteristic will be in non-compliance of the County code of requirements. The applicant is Daniel R. Ferrell, representing Michael Putman, Sr. Pastor (President) of the Providence Baptist Church. This case was tabled from the December 19, 2017 Board of Zoning Adjustment Meeting.
  2. Case No. 18-101BZA - A request for variances from Section 151-8.4(A) of the 2011 Clay County Land Development Code, pertaining to the minimum lot width to depth ratio required for proposed lots in an Agricultural (AG) District and a Residential Rural (R-1) District. Such dimensions will be in non-compliance of the County code of requirements. The applicants are Christopher L. and Patricia J. Higgins.
  3. Case No. 18-102BZA - A request for a variance from Section 151-6.3(B)(5)(b) of the 2011 Clay County Land Development Code, pertaining to an accessory structure being located forward of the principal dwelling unit in a residential district, where such placement is in non-compliance of the County code of requirements. The applicants are Brian L. and Patty L. Sinnett.
