General Terms and Conditions

Clay County complies with all Federal, State, and Local Purchasing Laws and has established General Terms and Conditions that include mandatory provisions that must be adhered to by Clay County and all vendors, unless previously negotiated and approved prior to award of a contract by the County Commission.


  1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (PDF)

All submitted responses to proposals and bids shall be accompanied by a Contract Terms and Conditions Acknowledgement Form, which will be included in every Solicitation Package.  Responses will be considered nonresponsive without signature or clearly marked exceptions to be considered, negotiated, and approved PRIOR to award of contract by the County Commission
